It's time... I've been riding for 40+ years. Held an amateur racing license for 8 years. Toured most of US. Survived with an SV650 as my only vehicle in Chicago for two years. Have owned 22 different road bikes (plus three race-only R6s that I destroyed...) After all this time, my '24 PAS is my favorite bike of all time. Just did an 800 mile rip through the Smokies and Blue Ridge. Getting ready for Prudhoe Bay in June.

It's not perfect, but nothing ever is. It has personality and soul that I just love though. That motor is awesome. Lots of trolls out there, I'm just happy HD had the balls to do something awesome, other than a different paint scheme on a Road Glide.

Don't have the experience you have but I do have the same mindset!! After many street bikes and a few dirt only, I now have only the PAS and it is just about perfect for me, too. The only bike I would consider now is the Pan America ST. I am way shorter than average and hoping that one inch plus shorter for the ST and an after market seat (gain another inch??) will have me on what could be my last bike for a long time.

Smokies and Blue Ridge - doesn't get much better. I did hear parts of the Blue Ridge are still closed??

Stay safe!

I've been "blessed" with a short legs and long torso, so never looked at ADV bikes before PAS. ARH was a game-changer for me, since I use mine mainly as a daily commuter. The rest is just gravy :)

BRP is unfortunately still closed in way too many places. It will be a long while before we can ride it through...

Interesting, no racing experience but similar path. Mini bikes to a Hyabusa. Numerous Harley’s over the last 45 years. 3 still in my garage. Taking my Pan (my son on his V strom) to Prudhoe Bay, anticipated June launch date as well. Trying to determine the best timing for the Dalton and mosquitoes. Happy trails!
