I've been riding a PA for the second season already and I love this bike (before that, I only had touring). I've been on a couple of long trips (5000 and 3000km). Everything would be great, but constant minor problems prevent me from living and enjoying life peacefully :)

Yes, I think they should include a new/used choice as well because at least in theory, if the forum gets popular enough, you could end up with bikes registered multiple times.

How do you like that Two Brothers exhaust? That is one of my main contenders for a better sound. My wife loves the sound of the Victory and calls my PAS “Panera” and hates how quiet it is.

A few reasons to join the effort:
  • The last 6 digits of the Pan America VIN comprise a sequential identifier. To track any issues from particular build dates, it may be useful to gather these numbers and compare if/when any issues arise.
  • Confirming the locations of the delivered orders will help facilitate regional groups and events
  • Comparing the configurations of delivered vehicles as time goes on vs. the configurations of orders by early adopters

I do like the exhaust but I bought the bike used and it came with it, I've actually yet to hear a stock one to compare it with. It has kind of a "dirt bikey" sound at high revs which is cool.

I purchased a new '22 last week. Only 300 miles thus far and I am loving every minute. Had an Ultra Ltd. but a bad hip and the cruiser seating threatened to end my riding. Thankful for the different seating position offered by the Pan America. It works for me. A total game changer. Hopefully many more years left on 2 wheels. 🙏

Wishing you safe and enjoyable riding.
Same story for me…I loved and miss the low end grunt of the traditional Harley engines (Electraglide and SportGlide) but the feet forward cruiser stance didn’t encourage good posture, rolled pelvis back and curled the lower back away from good posture if you’re not careful. Mid controls didn’t suit me with long inseam. PanAmerica posture is much better for me. I fitted the Corbin one piece seat for even better postural support.

Living in the city, riding it through traffic, the bike gets to 120degreesC and more and it burns my right leg on the daily. The heat climbs up to my crotch after an hour riding it to the city just to get to open roads just to enjoy the bike.

I wish I could keep the bike for more than a year, but the pan am might not be perfect for where I live.

I have also endured the heat and it's not pleasant. It's the hottest motorcycle I've ever been on. Fan hitting the left leg, exhaust on the right leg, and engine under your ass. You're cooking well done in no time.
