Nice job. Have you tried them out at night? Must look like it's still day time. ;)
Thanks, went for a quick ride light night. Came back and made a few adjustments to power levels with the CANSmart software and also aiming the lights.
So far so good, makes a big difference. I need a good long night ride to get everything dialed in.

Looks like you will be fully prepared for a rocket run across the Serengeti. Good job on the wiring, routing and placement of components.
Thanks, this was NOT a fun job. As with most big project by the time you are done you come up with 3 ways to make the install much better but to tired to start over.

Spent the Weekend doing the full Denali lighting install.
1 pair D3 driving lights
1 pair D3 Fog lights
1 pair T3 front DRL and signals
1 pair T3 rear signal/brake lights
1 Power hub
CanSmart controller.
MY HERO. I BOUGHHT ALL BUT THE POWER HUB. AM TOO SCARED TO DO IT MYSELF. PERHAPS I SHOULD GRAB THE POWER HUB AND INSTALL MYSELF? Am about to take it to the dealer next week. DANG looks beautiful.

I brought all my Denali items to the dealer today plus my motohorn (and the related denali mounting bracket). They started at 10a. At 6:30p they had to pack up shop. The tank and other items are off. The cansmart controller is laid in the right position. The lights are mounted to the bike. No lights are connected to the controller. I already set up the controller via my laptop and I labeled all the wires for the tech before he ever opened the box. The horn is not mounted. Not sure the problem. They'll start tomorrow morning and will finish it tomorrow. Same tech worked on all my lighting and accessories for my road glide. He is a champ but this bike is a world of difference. My gut now says my dealership never installed all these denali lights on a pan america yet. Ok...hmmm. Best approach? Gratitude usually helps power through everything so I'll bring loads of it tomorrow as I return to the dealer to test the hell out of every connection. My plan is to ride around the lot and around the dealership building and start and stop many times. I'll stop, park, shut down the engine. Restart, re-connect the bluetooth settings/speakers and gps, ride more. Make sure the auto ride height adjustments are being made. Keep an eye on the display. Shut it off. Start again. Cycle through lights, blast the horn... more lights on off, on off, brights off, etc. etc. Just basically put it through a shit ton of testing and fuckery before I leave the building just challenging the bike to throw me codes while I'm at the dealer. That's it for now. :geek:

BG008,
Any issues with the lights at all? I have installed the Pan Am specific harness with the D4 lights and dial dim controller. It's gone haywire. Never could get the SoundBomb horn to work right. I'll get one light to light up and not the other, then both won't work, then when I used a directional signal all the turnsignals would flash like hazards, but the dash indicated a right or left turn. Multiple emails to Denali has resulted in no change. Have tried connecting to the green circuit, the blue circuit, and then pulling the fuse to see if that would help. Tried high beams and low beams. I have disconnected and reconnected everything after using contact cleaner. Nothing works. If anyone has insight, I'd be much obliged to hear how you may have resolved similar problems with the Denali system.
