I rock the harley sport cases and no issues. Can't wait to have a set of leather pros on it.

I don't know about the adv parts... I'm on a street only build.
Your bike looks dope. The harley soft bags arent water proof so they arent an option for me. My bike is a commuter, but i pretty much only do dirt on my days off. I got this thing to go motocamping so i need to be able to handle all weather on a y given day.

Bro, it sounds like you just don't like the bike or Harley in general. I get not liking Harley, it was a hard pill to swallow when the PanAm won me over. You're complaining that your bags, that are made to fit circular tubing don't fit square and that the branded gear you bought that was specifically meant to be it's own ecosystem doesn't play nice with things they weren't designed to work with?

It really sounds like you want a KTM, BMW, or Triumph. Maybe it's just time to sell it and get something you like more. Someone told me when I fist started riding, "If you don't turn around and look at your bike lovingly every time you get off of it, then it's not the right bike for you." and you sound like you flip it off and call it a cunt every time you hop off.
Lol! I really do like the bike. I think youre right, i just hate harley. The after market parts game has been a nightmare for me and im just beyond frustrated.

Geez Batman 🤣,
I have added three Pazoma racing products and fit perfect.
Denali lights on the rear was easy plug and play not one issue, ROX risers fit perfectly, tank bag fits flawlessly and doesn't move at all, rear top case rack and top case fits better than all five other ADV bikes I've had. When deflectors aftermarket don't remember the brand fit perfectly, front and rear fender extensions aftermarket fit perfectly, And so far have tried three aftermarket seats that all fit perfectly, just didn't fit my derriere. A buddy of mine rode my bike and went the next weekend and bought him a blue 22 model.
He just installed the mad stad windshield system with the infotainment system lift And it fit perfectly, and was a massive upgrade that I will be doing to my bike.

Been on this form now for going on 2 years and of course have seen the Karen / Darren's.
As a person who actually rides and puts lots of miles on motorcycles nine out of 10 people I've met on PAs absolutely love it.
In 3 years I have been searching and wanting one I only met three people that had nightmare problems.
Unfortunately all three of them had a sucky dealership but I am happy to say one of the men I've recently contacted and he actually got a lemon law file on his 21 model and now has a brand new 23 that he absolutely loves.

Brother I don't know where the hate is coming from but as a person who is almost 55 years old and has had 21 motorcycles...
Traded in a Super T with 50,000 mi for this PA, I will say this bike puts the A big old smile on my face every time I take it down the road.
Any road that is.
I hope you have a better day.
Thanks for the encouragement. If i didnt have bad luck with this bike i would have any luck at all. I genuinely enjoy the bike when im riding, but its had its issues. The feul pump burnt out on me. The buke dies when i stop at a light in hot weather. Ive had terrible experience with after market parts. I feel like i do hours of research and i still end up with the wrong shit. Ive only been riding a few years so i guess this part of the process. Ill never get another harley again though, thats for sure.

@TahoeJake, you’ve got multiple threads going slamming the Pan America and your accessory issues. It’s time to post some pics of your bike and these accessories. Without pictures, it really looks like you’re just trolling the forum.

Aftermarket Accessories on my Pan America
  • Akrapovic
  • Barkbusters
  • Dynojet
  • Harley Davidson
  • Touratech
  • Garmin
  • …more
…and you will find posts on this forum of me describing the install of the above accessories.

"If you don't turn around and look at your bike lovingly every time you get off of it, then it's not the right bike for you."

Funny....had someone tell me that to years ago but a tad different "look back, smile from ear to ear and say Yep that's my bike!".... then you know you bought the right one.

So far I'm two for two, and the second one (PA) definitely fits that comment/saying...

Oh and all stuff I listed earlier was posted with sarcasm involved, (i assumed OP was just bashing the bike/brand with no other comments or posts), I have installed with little or no issues, all items, and would recommend each one to accessorize/put on your PA.

I know alot of guys dont like the soft bags, but I have riden through a terenchal down pour for almost 2 hours straight and all my stuff stayed dry as a bone!
And my bags were LOADED!!

I hate that I waited 3 years to get one😭 does that count as comment for this post 🤪
It was 4 years for me, but that was from 2018 when they leaked some pics and tech info.
I kew I needed this bike!
Best bike ever!

Absolutely 👍 I got my 2021 this February 2024 and don't care what happens to it I will have it fixed or fix it myself and wait for parts while I'm rubbing on it and myself as we wait until the next ride on this amazing machine 🤪

Ok your first post was appropriate for thread but now you getting into uncharted waters.😄 and think you need I totally new forum. JK:ROFLMAO:

I remember seeing the prototype Pic around 17,18 19 time frame, (I'm old) when I first starting looking at adv bikes.

😱 I'm sorry if my previous remarks were inappropriate about me and my PAS and our bond we have made 🤣😂 I will be more conscious and considerate of others about my FEELINGS I have for my motorcycle 🤣😎🤪 😉

No after market parts ever fit. Harleys proprietary approach makes accessorizing this bike a nightmare. My best advice, don't buy a pan america, or any harley for that matter.
I have many aftermarket accessories on my PanAm, and the only one from HD is my footpeg.
They all fit well with the exception of the middle exhaust delete box pipe, that took me a little of fabrication to install it.
No complains here

I have also added many aftermarket accessories to my PanAm's: the following did not have any fit-man issue:

Helibars (risers)
SW-Motech tank bag
Denali rear T3 turn-signal/brake license plate light
Pazoma aluminum side/top case inner liners
Pazoma extension brush bumper engine guards
Touratech comfort seat low
Wunderlich seat
Wunderlich protection bar pad set
Wunderlich lifting handle
Wunderlich rear brake reservoir protection
Touratech bar risers

also a few HD add on's :)
