I'm no lawyer, the only BAR I've ever passed is the one that don't serve whiskey, but it seems to me that putting a picture of YOUR or MY "dirt glide" on a shirt is no ones business. All you need is a personal identifier. So like a sticker, or dent or scratch that is forever on your bike that is clearly visible on the shirt identifies it as yours.

If you made me a shirt depicting an orange Pan America with an orange fairing (HD doesn't make orange fairings), then thats a picture of my "dirt glide" on my shirt.
Which fairing piece did you have in mind? I'll see what I can do.

I'll let you see the design before I post for you to order/pay the t-shirt producer directly. I have used Canva.com and the work and shirt quality were very good. But it is $25 per shirt. I'll shop around.

Then maybe it is better to just post the image files and let people choose their shirt-maker.

Yeah, $35 or $45 FOR A T-SHIRT at my dealer. WTF. Instead, I cruise eBay and Etsy for old H-D t-shirts from other places for a lot less than that.
Absolutely agree 👍 , I'd pay that for a custom Pan America Dirt-Glide shirt from our fourm members with no problem 😎

UPDATE... I did my research. While Canva.com is a good place to design shirts, Canva doesn't meet our needs. There's no way for me to send you a link and then let you choose the options and pay the vendor directly. Again, I have no interest in money on this. I just want to give Pan Am riders a way to show their Pan Am pride. INSTEAD, it seems that PRINTFUL.com is the best choice for setting up a free online store that we can keep private for the group only (if that's what we want).

QUESTION: Have you heard anything negative about PRINTFUL.com in the last couple of years ? Printful had quality control problems that they seem to have resolved.

Have you checked out Bunker Branding?
I'm not sure if they do small orders, but the do most of the "Gun Tubers" stuff

What about Zazzle.com? As long as there is no trademark infringement, you can set-up a design and people can buy what they want (size, color, type [and quality/fabric] of shirt or mug). As THE designer, you'd get a commission for designing the shirt/hoodie/mug. Everything they sell is custom on-demand printed.

I should also add ... I use Zazzle.com a couple of times a year. I'll upload a photo of the step-daughters or something like that and have it printed on a mug to send to the in-laws since they go years without seeing them.

When my beloved dog Doug died, I uploaded a dozen images and had a blanket made (a collage of the dozen photos). The stuff I've bought has been personal, but for example ... the person who 'designed' the layout of the blanket gets a commission. The designer of the layout of the mug gets one, too. It's nice because I can choose exactly what I want (e.g., shirt: size, 100% cotton or a blend, T-shirt or baseball shirt or a hoodie - et. al).

You won't get rich, but I think this would be an easy method off pulling this off.

If you just made your design available as a file to interested parties, each person could upload the image and get nearly anything printed with the image ... a mug, shirt, hoodie, blanket, garage sign - even pajamas :ROFLMAO:
