Issues with music volume via linked phone and headset

First, I have only had my PA about a week. I just received a Cardio Packtalk Edge and linked it to the bike. I also have a Samsung S22 linked to the bike. I am able to play music from the Pandora app on the phone, but the volume is so low as to be barely heard. The volume control on the phone is at max. I have a feeling I may be missing some adjustment on the bike, or maybe the headset.

Note: With the headset linked directly to the phone, volume is at normal levels.

Working on a fix for this currently as well. considering spoofing the BT from bike to a additional BT module that goes to nothing (just throwing some wish.com one under the seat) just so I can leave the phone connected to my pack talk and still use handle bar controls via dual BT link on my note 9 (Note 9 is still my favorite phone, don't judge me)

i found u have 3 volume controls, phone, headset and bike. I make sure phone and headsett are turned all the way up. and use bike volume. turn on, play some music, adjust phone vole, then headset volume. turn those all the way up. then use bike volume to control. let me know if it works for u.

J'ai un pan de décembre 2024. JE roule régulièrement en duo avec madame. J'ai un casque avec un cardo freecom2x. Madame à la même chose.
J'ai connecté mon téléphone Samsung S20 Fe à la moto. J'ai connecté mon casque et celui de madame. En connectant, j'ai le volume du téléphone et des casques étaient à fond.
Venez pour tous, le volume via la pan est bridé. C'est inaudible en roulant!
impossible d'entendre le GPS, la musique etc. C'est une honte . J'achète une harey, pas une coréenne !
J'ai acheté neuf.
J'ai acheté cette moto, car il ya de la place en duo avec la bagagerie Givi et car il y avait un système media.
jj'ai testé sur un grand trajet avec madame. J'ai été surpris, car lorsque madame se connecte à mon intercom via la fonction de connexions des freecom 2x le volume est normal, je commande le volume via la moto, le GPS du tel est audible et en plus je peux parler avec madame. Si elle coupe son intercom du mien...j'entends rien.
bref....
comment faire pour que harley puisse resoudre le problème ?

je rencontre le même problème. je suis également sous un tel android. avez-vous trouvé une solution ? j'ai été chez le concessionnaire pour la révision. Une mise à jour en juillet 2025 de la cartographie a été faite. mais j'ai toujours le problème au niveau du volume très faible dans le casque en Bluetooth. la concession me dit ne rien pouvoir faire!.:fou:
