Just got this Pan America special with laced wheels yesterday!

I had been considering a BMW R1250GS and started reading on the Pan am and decided to go for it. I got what I feel is a good deal on this one!

'21 with 4K miles. Very clean.

I will be posting the mods I have done today!

Congrats! Man, I dig that tail tidy set up! The pipe is pretty cool as well. I wish I would have chilled for while and got the Two Brothers or the Vance and Hines pipe. I paid a premium for the screaming eagle pipe. It's pretty but that's about it.

I'm loving my orange ride. 25k, no real issues other than the dumb ole HD battery.

I had a 1250GS that was crashed by an idiot. I also decided to go Pan Am this time with 22PAS. Keep the software updated, make sure the starter gear has been replaced, put in a fresh fob battery and monitor the battery on the bike for any signs of failure. Enjoy

Congrats on your PA, She's a great bike. But I would recommend getting the HD extended warranty if you can. I love my bike, but it's had more problem than all the bikes I've owned put together.
Will keep that in mind!! Thank you!

Congrats on the new bike
Thanks!

I did a bit of research. I have TBR on my Sportster S and do like it, extremely loud of course. This Yoshimura is extremely quiet a bit noiser than stock but loving it so far!

Thank you, I just did software! Will read into the starter gear! Thanks for the tips, definately keeping it on a tender.

Not sure how I feel about black fairing, may grow on me. Got it cheap enough, may exchange for orange. I am still liking the original white better. I got an extra fairing since mine was scratched in transport so I am not down while painting.

Here are some pics since I couldn't find many online.

Is that a Pazoma Racing fairing?

Yes! I got it here for a little less than their site.
Me too! The pazoma orange is a little off under my LED shop lights but looks ok in natural light. I did a black peel coat first but decided I didn't like it. I went to a body shop and they wanted 300 bucks to paint it to match. Ended up buying this orange for 200.. Took freaking forever to get though..

I got the Temsone top case from Amazon for less than 200. It looks just like yours. I bet they are made in the same place. My original HD topcase got boosted at Sturgis last year. I ended up modding the mounting points on the top case so it would fit my OEM rack holes. (Pop rivets, a drill and some silicone.. I hate to say it but the Amazon top case it nicer than the HD one. Might not be as good a quality, but hey, I can damn near by three of them for what the HD case costs.

Here's an observation.......
t1t03, I have never seen a paver garage floor, not to mention one so clean. While this would never survive 5 minutes here in the frozen tundra of the Midwest, I think its cool looking.
You really need to spill some petroleum product on that followed by the spilled beer when you notice you spilled the oil. Chances are you will get frustrated and just say "F-it, I'll clean it up tomorrow" when it will be nice and set in. It will, of course, be in a spot that is visible to all and reminds you of it every freaking time you walk out into the garage.
About the time you decide to host one of the kids birthday parties in the garage you will decide to replace the stained pavers, only to find they no longer make that color and it is out of stock. Endless hours of searching the interwebs will leave you frustrated and on the edge of a Betty Ford Clinic visit. Having given up hope, you decide to tear up the entire floor to replace it with concrete and when it is drying, the neighbors dog wanders in an puts permanent paw prints into your freshly poured concrete.
That is when you really give up.
Not that I'm speaking from past experiences or anything.............just saying.

@Sq51lacfd lol!! I've been here a few years. No issues yet! I tend to work in my other garage but got lazy and ended up working longer going back and forth for tools!

Here is some more pics of more mods. Doing lights and wiring. Took me most of yesterday and some of today. Of course taking breaks googling etc. Will post more pics later when I finish.

Cool looking set up. I’ve got the D4s but on a data dim controller. Had them on my GSA and they are freaking awesome. Any chance of a couple of pics of the wiring on the inside of the hand guards?

I thought of getting the data dim controller but I like being able to use the stock controller although not as simple to use.

I will warm you I made several holes lol, I have few guards coming. Placement wasn't where I wanted it the first time!
