I bought Bagtecs Panniers and frames.

I received these in Black from Motea at the end on March and first inspection was very impressed. But I used some masking tape to allow me to mark the location to drill holes, upon carefully removing this low adhesion tape, it just lifted the black coating straight off the box, the paint has little or no adhesion to the box. Motea refused to accept any issue saying they were received in perfect order.

The frames were easy to mount, I followed the instructions to transfer the holes from the first bag to the second and unfortunately the frames are not at the same angle so when fitted, one bag has a different slope to the other. Again Motea say that it’s not their problem that the frames are inconsistent and I should have ignored their instructions and drilled each bag independently.

My advice is pay more and avoid Motea and Bagtecs.
