So the Pan Am is new to me, but camping on a bike is not! One thing that is always packed for the trip is good bourbon, not the bottom shelf hooch, but the top shelf stuff!
My go to is Wild Turkey Long Branch. My top choice is again Wild Turkey, Forgiven.

Jim Beam Single barrel, Woodford Reserve, Whistle Pig, Buffalo Trace. Factors that influence which one of those.....
1. Availability in the area I acquire.
2. Size of the container available for transport in panniers.( or how much room I have at the time)
3. How much cash is in my pocket at the time. (for everything else, there is Master Card).
