I think several of the aftermarket slip-ons do away the the converter if I'm not mistaken.
I believe the catalytic converter is located in the header collector piping, and remains part of the system when a new slip-on muffler and mid-pipe are installed. If you cut open the header collector it should look something like this:

I'd assume HD won't release a catalytic converter delete as it's most likely a required part by EPA standards. I'm sure it's available in the aftermarket somehow but I'd think it voids a warranty. Give it a few years for warranties to expire and I'm sure the header/exhaust market for PanAms will get better.

Well, in 2016, I know things may have been different, but HD had a cat delete pipe for the 110 and it did not void warranty. I was hoping for that to come on this, even if it has to be "labeled" off road only. I do not live in a communist state with exhaust checks 😂
