Thanks. Found the stting to sync with the app.There's a setting that lets the clock sink with the Harley app on your phone. I turned that setting on... All good.
My Pan America has a little over 300 miles on it and the clock appears to be losing around 15 minutes per day.
Anyone else having a similar issue?

Sadly no…it’s still a “random number generator” on mine, which has also been stuck at the dealership the past week due to codes and “limp mode”. 😭Anyone have this sorted out yet? Mine wa updated and still gains time.
