Over a trip to Leesburg in FL by stupid mistake i dropped my bike on a stop. Luckily i have my side cases and they protected any other part of the bike to scratch or damage.
On the bad note, my right side aluminum case bended on the inside, it seems that the metal quality is not the best to hold the bike's weight.
On the same trip my friend with his GS1200 also dropped his bike and his cases didnt even scathed.
The purpose of this post is not to compare the PanAm with the GS (thus GS seems stronger material made) but to see if anyone has any idea on how to repair this aluminum cases once bended.
thank you all
