Hi all,

So excited to be back for a new season here in Canada. I just brought my '23 PanAm in for it's first service, in addition to a warranty issue I was having. I don't have a picture as the issue occurs while I'm riding, but hopefully I can give you an idea. My risers/riser caps/forks were misaligned, bike tracked straight but my top risers were noticeably crooked to the left. Handlebars appeared straight if only a bit off, and the bike held center without issue no vibration or alignment concerns.

So I brought this up during my first service. Tech was awesome, they completed the service and then he took it out for a ride and confirmed I'm not crazy. Ended up taking off the front end and zeroing the adaptive ride height mechanism. Still didn't fix the issue so he ended up adjusting the IM (Unsure what this acronym stands for in relation to suspension) and used a digitech device to adjust the suspension itself.

It's not perfect, but it is much better and only a small mm off now from center. Feels better to operate and obviously this was covered by warranty.

Just bringing this up in the case any new owners bring there bike home with crooked handlebars/risers.
You might have got one with a bad frame. The bungs the fairing and IM mount to are slightly welded off center. HD is replacing my front frame.
