Installed HeliBar handlebar risers and find they work great. They move you 2 inches up and 2 inches back.
Well made-they install on your existing risers. Quick install and clear instructions. I am 5'7 and now sit up upright with a lot less pressure on my groin. A set of highway pegs should add the final touch for comfort. Sitting up and stretching out like on my Dyna.😁
YMMV

Seems they would affect steering? Like a tiller? Do you notice a difference?
My risers are 2" up and 1" back.
The bar hits my tank bag when I have it on although not to the point of smashing it.
Curious what 2" would do
I must say, my 2" up and 1" back is a dream. The ride while sitting is much nicer, but when standing I'm not leaning over near as much and feel like I have better control off pavement.
Definitely recommend

I have not noticed any difference in handling. Every bike I have owned either had risers or a different bar to make the bike fit me. I suppose from an engineering standpoint it would-but I don't care about that, comfort is what I want. I had a RoadKing that I put " wheel barrow" style bars on, low and wide, with the grips facing rearward and much closer to me. I could u-turn lock to lock with ease. And touring was very comfortable.
Like Burnin Padrons, it is so much more comfortable- for me. Taller folks probably don't need it.
Don't have a tank bag yet, but I can see it getting hit from the bar in a tight turn.
Cheers,
Tom
