My PanAm is brand new and the ARH is only reducing the height by 1" and not 2". What is wrong?
Hello not sure but you could try doing the diognostics if any errors clear them ,if that fails trip to the dealership
Hi, problem fixed, I updated the software and fixed the rear shock plug wiring (came with wires connected incorrectly)
This seems to be a common mistake on the assembly line. I found this through this forum here.At least 3 out of 10 bikes here have shown this problem.Hello wow incorrect wiring seems to me that the esembly plant in Taiwan has problems and i don,t mean China.
I'm curious how you went about measuring the drop to determine it was 1" versus 2"?This seems to be a common mistake on the assembly line. I found this through this forum here.At least 3 out of 10 bikes here have shown this problem.

I put a tape to the front and a plumb bob to the rear, then with someone sitting on the bike I turned on the ignition and measured how much it moved. At first neither front nor rear worked, after updating the software and inverting the wiring the system started to work.I made a short video showing how the system works, but I can't post it.I'm curious how you went about measuring the drop to determine it was 1" versus 2"?
