Hello from France,

I recently purchased a used PAS. It is from July 2021 and has traveled 14500 km.
It's not my first bike, I've always rode a VFR 750 model 1997 and 1994.
For my 51st birthday I gave myself a dream, that of riding a Harley Davidson.
I have a whole new world of motorcycling to discover with Harley.

Congratulations! Welcome on board! The last sport bike I ever owned was a 1988 VF1000F. Fast and fun bike, I loved it. But since 1991, I've owned only Harleys. I love all motorcycles, each provide a different feeling. Enjoy your new Pan America Special!

Thank you all for your welcome.
I don't speak English well so I use "google translate" I started reading discussion threads about Pan America.
I see that there are quite a few problems with the starter clutch, the ARH system which is malfunctioning as well as the alternator which is not supplying enough voltage. Hope all of this doesn't happen on my July 2021 PAS.
I love the look and character of this bike so much. Another week to wait before you can ride it. I'm like a kid before Christmas, I count the days and the nights.
The dealer must do the 16,000 km service and replace both tires.
