When i saw the new Pan America I thought to myself, shit that looks like fun. So I bought a 2022 Pan Am special.
I absolutely love the ride. Its a great bike.

I have a question though. Is it safe to climb on the bike using the foot peg while on the sidestand?

So far so good for me.... Majority of time I climb over from right side(opposite side of jiffy stand) but have from same side as stand and I've had no issues. Other than getting my old, fat outta shape body over.😁

Yes, I reach for the throttle grip(opposite side) while stepping onto peg to get my weight more over the bike.

i was just nervous because I heard that the sidestand was bolted to the motor not the frame. And I’m not a small guy. Lol
