I've started threads and written elsewhere so please look up my posts as i don't want to repeat myself here....but briefly. I considered waiting also.
Im coming from 07 RK and no prior experience with adv bikes. However, I LOVE my PA and more a$$ time I get more I'm loving it, it has minor quirks (like the clock doesn't keep time but I didn't buy it for time keeping) but thankfully no major issues other than it's November and I live in Indiana.
So my .02 which means nutin, I'm
very happy, satisfied and glad I did not wait to buy! ✌

Oh I'm also one of the lucky few with Deadwood Green! 😁

You are one of the lucky ones! I was trying to secure that color when i decided to go the PSA route.

Ill def look up your other posts. My Sales rep informed me that the bike coming in is 2022 so maybe a little better and hopefully very few quirks

I agree with ODGreenPA, there are some little issues. I have only had one major issue (The bike would randomly not start), but I had the ECM flashed with the latest updates and I have not had that issue since. I also agree that the more I ride it, the more I enjoy it. I always ride this bike with a smile. Unfortunately, my FatBoy is not happy about sitting in the garage so much.

Thanks a lot gents. A lot of this is helping to smooth my concerns. The $$ quoted to me for the incoming bike is a little higher than expected and wont know exact $$ till it comes in (dependent on whether HD decides to raise the MSRP)
The cost is getting close to what a GS costs so I almost feel like I should get that ....though the fact that the sales guy at BMW place is making it quite easy to not get one by not calling back and/or answering my questions.

I will be going from a '15 Sportster 1200c to the PAS so looking forward to the change as this will be my first ADV bike as well.

Harley dealers don't seem to like to give you prices on bikes, that way they can screw you even more. Get it in writing that the bike will be sold to you at MSRP which includes freight and dealer prep (that is included in the MSRP that HD set). If they want to play games walk out.
