Good morning! Would any of you fellow PA/PAS owners know if there are any after-market companies that sell any protection for the bike? In particular, I'm concerned about the rear brake reservoir. It's kinda sitting out in the open and if there is a stick/rock/tree sticking out on the trails...I will find it. Any ideas?

Okay...here's what I found out regarding the guard for the rear oil reservoir - SW-Motech sells these (as stated above), but they are currently unavailable on the U.S. site...however...they ARE available on the European site for 40 Euros. I am assuming it would be a 4 - 5 week wait to come from Germany like most of the protection parts on the SW-Motech U.S.A. site.

The Ali Express site is an option, but i think I'm going to try and fab one myself.

The Ali Express one will probably be 4 to 5 weeks delivery, certainly is to the UK. Quality seams as good as named manufactures.

I’ve even purchase parts I’m certain are the HD parts. I got a pack containing the head light guard, radiator guard and tank pads. I already had the HD radiator guard but was cheaper to buy the kit. It’s the same part, same finish.

SW Motech Europe will direct you back to SW Motech USA. I tried to order from them because SW Motech USA did not have what I wanted and the European site did. They would not let me check out. They sent me an email saying someone from SW Motech USA would contact me.

SW Motech have a 150 euro minimum order in place for us in the UK, add on the extra import non EU charges for handling the VAT into the UK and it quickly gets even more expensive. It's less hassle for me to order from eBay USA, if there is no UK dealer, bizarrely.

I sent a request to SW Motech USA out of Portland about buying the rear reservoir guard, and they contacted me this morning. They said they have a large order of parts coming which will include these guards, which are slated to arrive by the end of the month. They sent me a link for placing an order... which I did.

How is the clearance under full compression and does the swing arm rub/stretch the oil line? I was considering something similar (but a future mod).
