Battery polarity is correct? positive not touching anything on the frame?

Put the old battery back in and see if the problem persists.

Cables are touching only the terminals and i put the AGM back in it and the problems goes away.
Well, bike is fine.. Bad battery? Got a tester? Volt meter?

No disrespect, but are you sure it was connected correctly? Are the terminals properly marked?

I have a 2021 PAS. Early last year (due to a long list of problems), HD Australia updated my bike to a 2024 electronics spec under warranty. In addition to the new BCM, ECM, Stator & Rotor, Left & Right Control Modules etc, HD Australia removed a lithium battery which they'd previously installed and put an AGM battery back in. I was told that HD in the US advised HD Australia that the PAS electronics weren't suitable for a lithium battery. They also told me to leave the bike on a HD battery charger when not in use. All I can tell you is that ever since those changes were made, the bike hasn't missed a beat. What was a very frustrating bike is now a cracker. Best bike I've owned.
Yeah, I've heard something similar. I replied like this back in February, I'm now at 46,000 miles:

Two years and 4 months on my Antigravity. No issues at all. Hasn't been on a trickle charger once. I also haven't had a single diagnostic code since the install. (Except for a the time me and four other guys got a nice water/gas mixture from a gas station in Kentucky). I have 38k total miles and I think about 31k were on the AG battery. The longest the bike sat was about 3 weeks and the coldest I've ridden is 25F. The bike was outside during a 17 degree night, but it was 25F before I left the next morning. No issues.

Mine is also an early 21. No changes at all except for some software updates back In July of 21.

FYI: There is no difference in the BCM, ECM, or left and right control modules from 21 to 24. There is a change to the stator system. Sounds like they were chasing a gremlin on your bike and wanted to make sure they got it by changing everything except for the wiring harness.

I'm not a lithium "fan boy", but I can tell you that it IS suitable and it will work. BUT a lithium battery is a bit more complicated and can be more temperature sensitive. You are also a lot more likely to get a "bad" lithium battery from a shady manufacturer. So for most people, I would recommend staying with an AGM. I have a buddy that runs a "Drag Specialties" AGM and has been happy with it for a couple years.
