So I went poking around and created an HD account. I wonder why I can find this stuff But Harley service counter people cant. Has any one bought a subscription?

Subscriptions would be aimed at the trade, I'd have thought, and those idependents trading outwith the HD dlealership network, those HD delaers would have access to all this and more you'd think?

Access to the online owners manual is handy as the printed one isn't great, has errors, and is only as up-to-date as the day it was printed. RTFM.
