With so many known issues about OEM battery drain, starting issues, etc., it made me wonder if anyone has push-started their Pan America? Not sure if it even works with PAs or not but have push started “traditional” Harley’s for years (in second gear of course).

Holymartyr thanks for sharing - mine is a ‘22 (early 22) and I’ve always been concerned about that starter whine followed by no ignition. Concern with going to a dealer is that it doesn’t do it all the time - wondering how to press them to swap it out. Or is it easy to change out yourself?

Yeah thanks- mine had an overheating issue when I first got it (pre-owned with 800 miles on it). They had fixed the coolant-line-touching-the-exhaust header and didn't bleed the cooling system correctly. I guess I'll just have to see how mine goes.

Remember to park your bike in transport mode next time for longer that 1 week at a stretch. The security system keeps on searching for the fob and therefore drains out the battery. Transport mode will prevent that from happening.
