I just left my bike at the dealership to look at this issue, after attempting to pick it up for an unrelated issue that took four days to resolve. Screen went black after about 10 seconds of the bike being on, and wouldn't come back on until I cycled the power a bunch of time, waiting for the security system to arm each time. Then, the screen would only intermittently come on.

Mine was working fine until I disconnected my battery today to work on something. Reconnected the battery, turned the ignition on, and "voila!" ... no screen. But the bike does fire up. I have to take it in to the dealer in the morning anyway to get the VIN ERROR message fixed on the screen so will have them look at it then.😐

The dealership fixed my screen. Although they never told me what was wrong with the screen.

@Terronaut thats the issue my bike was at the dealership for when the no screen issue popped up. The IMU module has some known issues. Harley Tech Services had to remote in with the techs at the dealership and do an update. So far so good.

Good to know, thanks, hopefully they'll get it buttoned up this week.

The trip reset button should turn the screen back on. Thats what I did a few hours ago.
Sleepycbr, I'm not sure how you accessed a "trip reset" function without a working screen? Are you merely holding down the button on your left-hand control until the screen comes on? I tried that the other day and unfortunately it didn't fix mine. The bike is at the dealership today, and they reported that they got the screen working again, however they didn't report how they managed.
