Honda makes a bike called an ST1300 "Pan European" (no joke). It used to be used as a police bike in a lot of places. But the bike is very prone to high speed wobble or "weave"... This condition, known as "Pan Weave" (no joke, google it) caused a pile of court cases and deaths and even caused several police departments to pull them from the fleet. If my ST1300 went into a wobble, or weave, I would lighten my grip on the bars and lay flat to the tank.. It would stabilize instantly.
Honda blamed "improper loading and sag settings"..
The Pan America special can correct it's own sag electronically. Can the ST? Maybe look at that..
I agree with
@Burnin Padrons, you've got something else going on. But I doubt a dealer will take it seriously if they can't replicate it.. And the won't be able to because they won't test ride triple digits.
