Hi all. I am new to this forum and have had my 1250S since last summer. Due to the supply shortages and such, I am just now getting the bike set up the way I like it so I can start riding. I currently put 95% of my miles on my 2011 EG. I have put less than a 1000 miles on the PAS since last August. My question is concerning tools - on my other bike(s) I always have tools at the ready and have assisted with many road side repairs with my riding friends. I am looking for suggestions for setting up my "Pan America" tool set. I have seen the Harley set and not impressed. I was going to duplicate their offering with better tools, as a stating point. My question - do you know of any aftermarket tool packages (cruz tools, etc.) or please make your recommendations. Looking forward to everyone's suggestions! Good riding!

After installing some accessories and finding out the fasteners used, I went to Lowes and bought a small tool bag, metric wrench set, small ratchet with an accessory kit of bits, needle nose vise grip/wire cutter, multi-tool and an assortment of wire ties. I also have a tire plug kit with CO2 cartridges and a rechargeable lithium-ion air compressor (very compact) in the kit.

Thanks, so far the way I am putting mine together. Already did plug kit, pump, tape, wire ties, duplicate of Harley set. This bike, so far, seems to be mostly metric. That's what I working thru now.
