Background info. I bought this POS April of 2022. Made it to the 1,000 mile checkup/service within the first week. Bike now has 6,800 miles. 9 trips to the dealer after multiple freeway or riding shutdowns. Suspension issues, display issues, and the most annoying of all, the bike shutting down on the freeway multiple times in rush hour traffic. Various software updates, dealership in Silverdale Washington telling me "Try to avoid riding the bike in the rain or on cold days" WTF? I commute by motorcycle to Seattle! Last time in was told "Keep it in a heated space with a trickle charger going" Bike has been on aforementioned trickle charger since last week. Headed to my VA appointment, got to the ferry and VOILA!!! bike refuses to start. Pushed the Piece of sh*t off the ferry (state law upon docking) walked up to buy a return ticket. Pushed the bike back on the ferry, off the ferry on the Kingston side and walked home. This Harley POS has cost me 9 days of work @ $680.00 per day, multiple trailer trips to the dealer and an unmeasureable amount of frustration. State Attorney general will be receiving my whole log. Bottom line, stay the F*CK away from this bike!

Curious if the right handlebar control switches have been replaced? A few people have had a bad Run/Off switch cause this problem; not saying this is your issue. I have had my bike shut down three times while riding so far. Twice my Run/Off switch was somehow suddenly in the Off position. Once was driving down the Highway on Cruise Control, traffic stopped quickly, I reached up and braked quickly, engine shut down, screen was on, took me a bit to figure out the switch was off; I could have snagged the switch with my glove, but didn't seem likely. The second time my Run/Off switch was mysteriously in Off, was sitting at a stop light, light turned green and bike shut off before I got my hands onto the handlebars, hit the start button, nothing, as I was pressing the button, I noticed the switch was in Off. I have no idea how it flipped into Off, my hands were nowhere near the handlebars when it shut down. Could I have knocked the switch into off while pressing the start button? Sure. But it was really odd, and I don't think that is what happened. Anyway, each time I flipped the switch to Run, and it started right back up. I'm wondering it the Run/Off switch has a defect that causes it to move/vibrate into the Off position internally.

My 22 pan American special had a trip to the dealer due right hand switch bock, more precise the mode control wasn’t working,
After having the dealer mechanic run a diagnostic, was told.the block required replacement at $700 ish
With only 4500 is on the clock and After thinking on the problem went out and brought a $12 can of electrical circuit cleaner, Sprayed into all the switches, (good amount) and bingo
$12 solved my expense replacment fix
Now works as expected
