I found some decals on eBay that are specifically made for the Pan America. I'm sure the producer has many decals for many different bikes. I liked the added detail these decals provided for the OE hand guards. I did not use all of the decals and repositioned them slightly from the picture on eBay.

Here is a before and after of my hand guards on my Pan America.

Similar ones on Amazon for the tank and the top of the fairing.

Ordered some farkles today- just a headlight guard and a radiator guard (which- honestly HD- why would you NOT put one on from the factory?)

Also ordered some grip puppies. IDK what it is about these grips, but I constantly get numbness in my throttle hand. All I can think is that the grip is narrower than all my other bikes equipped with Oxford Heaterz that are much fatter.

Also try a cramp buster. They help a lot.

My hands used to cramp right across the knuckles. It would come on usually about 30 minutes into the ride and last about 2 - 3 minutes  then go away. I used Grip Puppies for years and they gave me a better overall grip, but the foam eventually wears out after a year or so. This year I changed to H-D Empire heated grips. They are larger diameter and plug-n-play right out of the box, if you are already programed for heated grips. I also appreciate the cruise control on the Pan America as it gives my poor old hands a much needed break.

Those look to be about the same diameter as the Oxfords. That's a good down-the-road option.

I bought my PanAm with all the bells and whistles, so I've got the standard heated grips.

Figured if I'm going to buy new, might as well get everything on it from jump!

So I took the exhaust off so I could install the inserts for the Wide Band 02sensors Blocks in my De-cated head pipe for the Dyno Tune in a few weeks lol

It went very well and will have the front insert visible with the insert plug , but rear cover hides the other one 🙃

I will get a copy of the Before and After runs to share here 🤪

After a day out riding- almost 10 hours all over North Georgia, arrived home to find Santa arrived with the headlight guard, radiator guard, and grip puppies.

So, I spent another hour putting those on.

As far as I can tell, the Amazon headlight protector ($27) is identical to the HD one ($127).

The radiator guard needed some minor surgery to clear the crash bar mounts, but it didn’t claim to fit the ‘25 anyway, so maybe there is some difference there? Anyway, for $35 vs $157, it’ll block stones hitting the radiator.

I found a trick to installing the grip puppies using a dozen or so zip ties. Took about 5 minutes to do both sides. Waaaayyyy better than fighting with them!
