Hello the Panam (standard) riders,

As other HD Panamerica Standard 's owners I would like to place heated grips but
it boils down to buying the two full handlebar switches from the Special (+/- 600 eur or dollars) or waiting to find second-hand ones on a damaged and downgraded motorcycle. Other options? I recently tried to place a product coming from Oxford (Oxford HotGrips Advanced Adventure UK SPECIFIC : Oxford Products) .... but not compatible despite saying the opposite.
Failing that, there are still heated glove systems 🤮

Have there been any magical finds since 🙏?

Best regards,
Jipidy68 (Belgium)

Guess I'm simply going for the universal Oxford Heated Grips that are already decenia on the market and Have proven their quality . They cost about 120€ and will install easily .
Hi,
as I said in the previous post about the Oxford grips, the mechanics at Harley (Namur - Spy -Belgium) did not manage to place them. Since we apparently are from the same little piece of land on this side of the planet, who placed your handles or if you did it yourself, what model did you take?

Thks,

Seeing as you've got tactical grips on hand, is the rubber any softer than the OEM Pan Am grips? I'm looking for a 'tackier' grip and the Tacticals have the waffle pattern I'm used to from dirt bikes, but no idea if they used a softer rubber or not.

Hi, I would say that the "oxford adventure" grips look like the original handles. They are very slightly more flexible but the difference is extra minimal. But remember, the HD mechanics couldn't place them. A question of the diameter of the rubbers (they tolde me) even if ok for the diameter of the handlebars 😕
