I just purchased a new 2024 PAS. I previously owned 2 Honda Africa Twins (2017 and 2020). I was actually on my way to the Honda dealer to purchase a new African Twin DCT, but detoured to the Harley dealer and ended up purchasing a PAS.

Congratulations! Is that from Arrowhead Harley in Phoenix? That's where I purchased my 2024 CVO Pan American.

Yep - Arrowhead. Honestly, I was a little skittish about the PA due to all the negative press (electrical issues). The Africa Twin was certainly the safe choice, but I was more excited by the PA, so decided to roll the dice. Hopefully the upgrades to the 24 model year corrected these issues. How do you like your CVO?

So far all is good for the first 1K on my 2024 Pan America. I really feel they got it squared away after 3years. It's an awesome motorcycle in my opinion.

I'm in the Russell Ranch area if you need a hand.
I have a 2023 PAS. Currently at the dealer waiting for a fuel pump.

I used to be right up by you off of Bethany Home. I moved down to the Estrella Lakes area 9 months ago. It seems there have been a LOT of reported fuel pump failures. Hopefully they get you back on the road quickly. I would be curious to see what changes you have made to your ride. I am looking at risers, larger pegs, panniers/bags, and maybe exhaust.

My PAS should be back next week I hope. Pumps on backorder per the dealer. They have had it for two weeks now. Also a blown fork seal that leaks. all warranty work. Otherwise the bike just rips... New after market parts are in the mail now and more parts are being researched/ordered each week. At least until my wife figures it out. I'll link up with you when the PAS is rolling again.

Congrats! Cool bike! I can totally relate to how exciting it is to get a new one. I'm actually planning to make some changes to my habits first. I'll be talking to reframe app customer service about addressing some of my bad habits, and once everything is on track, I’ll treat myself to a new bike. After that, I’m planning a proper trip to South America. It’s something I’ve been dreaming about for a while, and I think this year will be the perfect time to make it happen

Raynman do you have an update on your PAS experience. The goods, the bads. It would be an interesting perspective from a long time Adv rider switching from a very established Adv bike to a PAS. Most of what I researched were guys, mostly old cats like me, switching from Big V twins to the PAS.

I will give you an update after a few more hours in the saddle. I am still breaking it in, so really need a little more time to give this a fair analysis. (Spoiler alert…This is a FUN bike). More to come…
