Not nearly what others have done but got HD panniers/top box, A1 risers&heel protectors installed and had the tank bag... All I have left to install HD aux lights, highway pegs and be ready to ride/explore.

Oh I plan on picking up my sundowner tomorrow then hopefully got/have what I want/need!

Up to 2375 happy smiling miles.✌

Inner bags and nets for our panniers, purchased from SW Motech. View attachment 849
Guess I overlooked them as I was recently on sw motec website looking around... I saw the hooks for nets on top (lid) but didn't know where/what to buy, I do now, thanks. Might invest in the bags as well, not sure tho.

Edit, like the plate!

One for your daredevil sparkies out there. Healteach Thunderbox install. The underseat of this bike is mad. My son said today, can you imagine what a german engineer would say to that...? We both laughed.

The Thunderbox is designed to be dead simple two-wire battery connection (cut the red wire!). I just connected it into the spare + - provided for the accessory HD lamps, which is on a switched and fused live and sits under the seat. #Handy
The Thunderbox is also fused, self-healing fuse infact, so resets when ignition is cycled. Should be really reliable and uber-safe connection with multple fuse points. The draw from the DRLs is around 1amp and the camera will be half that? It runs at 5v via step down box and is also fused, 1amp.

Good bit of kit is the Thunderbox and if fitting to the battery, childs play, with simple direct wire snap closed + & - connections for up to 4 accessories, maximum of 16 amps, which is quite a lot for a motorbike!

Yellow is Healtech Thunderbox, green is DVR, white is barely noticeable tap into the switched live. Quite proud of that. 🆒

Finished off the Healtech install by installing the 5v USB charger accessory. Also secured the bikes 12v charger lead to the frame panel.

Once the seat is back on it's all but invisible, but fully accessible and useable without removing the seat.

I need to better prioritize my work! I'm staring at unopened boxes of accessories for my PA in my shop just waiting to be installed, including: Screaming Eagle exhaust, high-flow air filter, 80 grit pegs, alarm siren, oversized adventure kickstand, and speed shifter. Need more time, less work.

The instructions for connecting the quickshifter are pitiful. Here's the connector that you're looking for. You'll need to take the left radiator shroud off to access it and run the harness.

Thank you much! I was going to work on it this morning, but it was sunny and the local HD had free donuts! The donuts won out ;) They also had pastic Easter eggs with 10% - 30% discount coupons. I happened upon a 20% coupon, so I had to buy more stuff..... of course.

Update (4/21/2022): I have a day off this weekend, so it looks like I'll be installing the SE exhaust and 80Grit pegs. It's supposed to be sunny so a ride may also be in order

Switched from a 7Jurock windscreen to a Madstad 20". The 7Jurock was just a little short for me(6'4", with a 36" inseem), hoping the Madstad works a bit better. From the inital looks it seems a 18" would have been fine in the higher position, but I will be able to test it over the weekend. The installation instructions were lacking a bit, but quality and sturdiness of the brackets/windshield is great!

Now that's shiny stuff and lots of it #nice - what tyres are you running, as they're deffo not standard. Do tell, THX. How are you finding that TB 'sport' pipe? It unleashes the PA motor and really adds to the character of the bike, IMHO. For clarity, I'm firmly in the loud pipe(s) save lives camp, mind, the downside of that is the police can hear you/me, coming from miles away..... 💩

I've seen quite a lot of them about while riding recently, the police that is, which has worked pretty good for both of us as they know and I know, they will never take me alive. :p
